Return Policy

MelindaMaria.com will accept items for exchange or credit for website within 20 days of receiving shipment. Item must be returned in new and original condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. To return or exchange an item, please forward the email receipt you received after your purchase with an explanation of what you would like to return to customerservice@melindamaria.com or contact us using our online form.

Shipping Policy

MelindaMaria.com offers shipping via FedEx domestically and internationally. Please note that Fedex will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders may take up to three weeks for delivery.

Shipping and handling within the United States is $12.00. Shipping to Mexico and Canada is $25.00 and shipping to all other international destinations is $35.00.

Repair Policy

We will repair any design purchased through MelindaMaria.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email customerservice@melindamaria.com and request a Repair Work Order (RWO) number.

To return an item for repair, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Obtain a Repair Work Order (RWO) number via email at customerservice@melindamaria.com. We will not accept packages without an RWO number.
  2. If your item is less than 1 year old, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise, be sure to have your Credit Card handy for repair charges.
  3. Pack your item.
  4. Include the RWO number in the following return shipping address:
